#153 "Crossing Cultures: Succeeding When Business and Cultures Work Together"

Date: Nov 2, 2010
Details:

ABOUT THE SESSION

Many approach this subject by emphasizing cultural differences: How are cultures different? What to avoid, or how to adapt in order to get business done? We will highlight similarities, or "meta rules" of conducting business effectively across the world. This session will include an interactive exercise to engage the audience with the meta rules and to demonstrate how effective the rules are in dealing with cross-cultural scenarios.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

“I've had several operating companies from Otter Tail work with the Prouty Project over the past few years. Each time, the Prouty process led us to more frank, open, and direct discussions on our company's strategy in a much more concise and efficient manner than we could ever do on our own."
