Our Creative Meeting Spaces

Creative Think Tank and Strategic Leadership Lab

Creative Think Tank

A round room and table bring everyone into the circle of strategic planning as equals on a level playing field of ideas. The richness of this deep purple room is warm and welcoming. Purple is the color of royalty — here, creativity is king! This different kind of meeting space has been likened to an inventor’s paradise or Disneyland. Toys and music stimulate tactile thinking, lighten up people’s moods, and stretch minds to get everyone’s “stuff” out on the table. And the walls are filled with leadership quotes to help people to think differently. The idea is to get people energized to dream first and then get aligned on the same page for creating strategies that will advance the business.

Strategic Leadership Lab

A northern light inspires most painters and the same holds true for leadership teams in our Strategic Leadership Lab. Like an artist, this room helps our clients to start with a blank, white “canvas,” and encourages people to be the “palette” for adding color. Clients typically move to this space after the strategic planning phase as they move into the prioritization and organization development phases. Take note of the one red chair among 13 grey ones — affectionately referred to as the “hot seat.” As they enter, people pass the “S-T-R-E-T-C-H Wall of Fame,” which chronicles the Prouty Project’s S-T-R-E-T-C-H Expeditions since 1999 for creating holistic ways of thinking — in both business and life. Again, toys and music stimulate tactile thinking, lighten up people’s moods, and stretch minds to tackle tough business decisions.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

“The Prouty Project has been a Godsend to our organization. They give us a brief opportunity to step away from the daily business and take a good look at the "big picture". With the wider view, we are able to take a good, hard look at where we have been, where we want to be, and changes we need to make."
