Hello everyone, Jeff Prouty and I attended our first workout at Lifetime Fitness this morning.
We warmed up on the treadmill and then worked 3 of the exercises. We did both exercises A & B…45 seconds on, 15 seconds off and we did 3 reps of each. We then went to the elliptical and did five 1-minute intervals (high) with 1-minute rests (low) and finished up with the remaining 3 exercises.
Great workout…we sweated a little and now have a better understanding of Phil’s system.
